We’ve rescheduled our January meeting of the USGBC-LI Sustainable Transportation Committee to Wednesday, February 11, 2015, 8:30-10am., at the USGBC-LI office at the lower level of 150 Motor Parkway, Suite LL-80,  in Hauppauge.  This will serve as our February meeting as well. 

Our topic will be integrating Transportation Demand Management (TDM) into the project planning approval process.  

Andy Freleng, Suffolk County Chief Planner,  will present worksheets for hypothetical case studies to discuss how a planning department might integrate transportation demand management strategies into the planning approval process and the expected benefits.
