LEED for Existing Buildings; 1.0 hour LEED specific for O+M, the LEED Green Associate, and 1 AIA LU

About:

Missed Greenbuild Chicago 2018? Tune in for an exclusive look at the best sessions. This session discusses LEED v4.1 for existing buildings.

The newest update to the LEED rating systems, LEED v4.1, is a bigger, bolder and stronger rating system that includes an outcome-based approach to LEED certification. Learn how projects around the world are using LEED v4.1 and a data driven approach to performance management. Bring your successes and challenges for discussion during the session.

This session is a detailed view of LEED through beta project case studies. Staff from USGBC and GBCI will facilitate group discussions with speakers that have direct experience using the LEED globally. Attendees can learn about their hands on experience and understand what changes were made to the rating system.

This fun and engaging presentation is told as chapters of an adventure tale.

Objectives:

1. Identify the technical development goals for LEED v4.1 O+M

2. Describe a performance driven approach to LEED v.41 O+M certification for existing buildings that rewards points based on performance scores

3. Define the simplified scope of LEED v4.1 O+M beta rating system prerequisites and credits

4. Describe example strategies and outcomes for the air testing component of the Human Experience performance score in LEED v4.1 O+M

Pricing:

$10 for all attendees. Are you a USGBC Community member or a USGBC National member (or employee)? Please contact us to get your free promo code.
