EmPower Solar is hosting a screening of "Search for the Super Battery" by NOVA which focuses on the science and technology behind batteries - the key to harnessing sustainable energy for our homes and vehicles.

We will follow the screening with a discussion of sustainable transportation practices. This evening is part of a series of events around Car Free Day & Long Island Mobility week hosted by The USGBC of Long Island. Organizers have put together several events that focus on sustainable transportation alternatives, practices, ideas and community solutions in long island.
