Neil Rosen
Mr. Rosen is a New York State Registered Architect, LEED Fellow, LEED Accredited Professional, and a Certified Energy Manager with over 30 years experience in the design, construction and operations of healthcare facilities in the New York City area. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Energy Management.
Neil is the Chairman of the Water Efficiency Technical Advisory Group for USGBC National. He is a Founding Board Member of the Long Island Geothermal Exchange Organization. Previously, Mr. Rosen served as a Board Member as well as being a Past Treasurer for the USGBC-LI Chapter. To date he has successfully led his team to 16 LEED certifications including 2 at the Platinum level and 4 at the Gold level.
Mr. Rosen also serves as an instructor for SUNY Stony brook’s Advanced Energy Training Institute teaching courses in Construction Management and Sustainability.
He served as Project Team Administrator for the Katz Women’s Hospital at North Shore-3rd and 4th Floors, 2 of only 5 Inpatient Hospitals in the World to be awarded LEED Platinum.
