Howard Rowland has 36 years of experience within the construction industry. He received his Associates Degree in Construction Technology from Farmingdale State University and a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, as well as an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. In 1983, Howard started as a Project Manager with E.W. Howell and effectively “built” his way to the top. In 1997, he assumed the role of President, bringing a sense of integrity and leadership to the company, while expanding the strength and success of the firm. He has served on the Board of Directors of the General Building Contractors of New York State, and now serves on the AGC of NYS Board of Directors. He is also presently the Vice President of the Building Contractors Association and serves on the board for several organizations including UCP of Suffolk, S.E.E.D Foundation, Mercy Center Ministries, and the Farmingdale State University Foundation and Advisory Boards.
