Brian R. Sahn (J.D. Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law; B.A. University of Michigan) is a partner in Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, LLP’s Real Estate Practice Group where he broadly concentrates his practice in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including representing clients in purchase and sale agreements; financing transactions; industrial/economic development projects; and commercial lease agreements in the office, retail and industrial markets. Brian also has extensive experience in real estate brokerage matters, including real estate portfolio management service agreements, lease administration agreements and disputes over commissions and entitlements, and has worked extensively with client’s involving contaminated and environmentally challenged sites. Brian also represents several large public and private companies in the management, disposition and acquisition of corporate real estate holdings. In addition, he represents many clients in connection with ground-up real estate development projects, and institutional lenders in commercial real estate and multi-family loan transactions. Brian manages the his law firm’s “green” and “sustainable” initiatives, and oversaw his firm’s LEED certification process for its Uniondale office. Mr. Sahn has been awarded a peer-rated "AV" legal ability and ethics rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory – the very highest rating this nationally recognized publication has established, and has been named to the 2014 New York Metro Super Lawyers list.
