Tom Stack is currently the Director of Global Design, Planning and Construction for D'Addario and Company Inc. based in NY. His current role includes real estate/property management, project management, creating and maintaining office standards, including brand consistency, exploring and implementing sustainable building practices, planning/design for new and existing office/factory locations. His credentials include registered architect, LEED AP BD+C,  Six Sigma (Black Belt) and WELL AP. Tom is also currently on the faculty of WELL and the U.S. Green Building Council and a mentor at Everwise. He has a passion for creating work environments that are dynamic, modern and healthy in order to attract, develop and maintain employees.

 


Neil Rosen, AIA, LEED Fellow, CEM, has over 30 years experience in the design, construction and operations of healthcare facilities in the New York City area. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Energy Management. Neil is the Chairman of the Water Efficiency Technical Advisory Group for USGBC National. He is a Founding Board Member of the Long Island Geothermal Exchange Organization. Mr. Rosen serves as a Board Member, as well as being a past Treasurer for the USGBC-LI Chapter. Mr. Rosen also serves as an instructor for SUNY Stony Brook's Advanced Energy Training Institute teaching courses in Construction Management and Sustainability.

 


Megan Bové LEED AP BD+C, is a project manager for Vidaris Inc. in their green and energy division. As a project manager and LEED AP, Megan is responsible for supervising all elements of LEED requirements for various different types of projects. She also is involved with projects seeking WELL, Living Building Challenge, and Enterprise Green Communities. Professionally she has certified over 30+ sustainability project, spending 8+ years focused on the construction side of sustainability. Megan has been involved in the chapter as a member and in multiple facets for 10 years. She is the former chair of the emerging professional committee and has been on the board of Directors for the past five years. She loves collecting Long Island Wines from some of the best Long Island's sustainability wineries.

 

Joe Doolan is Head of Environmental Affairs for TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank. In this role, Joe leads TD’s environmental initiatives, working closely with executives and business partners as well as the bank’s 26,000 employees across the U.S. to embed environment into TD’s business operations. In addition, he engages  external stakeholders to advance the environmental health and wellness of TD’s local communities while promoting the value of natural capital. With nearly a decade of financial services experiences, Joe understands the importance of environmental responsibility as he focuses on TD’s goal to be the environmental leader. 

 


 

Victor DaCosta is a partner with Alternative Solutions of New York. As Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and liaison to the Programs Committee for the USGBC-LI Chapter he is a strong advocate for green building practices. Victor has over 19 years professional experience managing multimillion dollar  technology and construction projects. He has worked in a diverse mix of industries including construction, supply chain, management consulting, telecommunications, and media. Victor has also managed international projects spanning multiple countries and continents.
